At THAT HAIR THOUGH, I understand that life happens and sometimes appointments need to be changed. In order to provide the best service to all my clients, I kindly ask that you respect my cancellation policy.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or changes to your appointments. This allows us time to fill your spot and continue offering services to others.

LATE CANCELLATIONS

Appointments canceled less then 24 hours before the scheduled time will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee of the booked service.

NO-SHOWS

If you do not show up to your appointment without notice, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Repeat no-shows may require full prepayment to book future appointments.

RUNNING LATE

If you are more then 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment to avoid delays for other clients.

PAYMENT POLICY

I do require a credit card on file to hold appointments. Fees for cancellations and no-shows will be charged accordingly.
